Ian has many years' experience working with global market research companies and client-side in the commercial and charitable sectors. He initially trained as an anthropologist before moving into statistics, leaving him with an unusual blend of qualitative and quantitative skills. Ian will produce the customised and longitudinal outputs from the survey.
Robin has been involved in helping customers understand and leverage industry analysts for 13 years. She has worked at multiple international companies, bringing her strong background in B2B marketing to solve tangible business problems through strategic relationships with influential analysts. Robin will work with you to explain and apply the survey findings to strengthen your AR programme.
Duncan is co-director of the Analyst Observatory. He launched the annual survey in 2002. Experienced as an analyst relations consultant, former analyst, and an author and PhD researcher writing about analyst relations.
